What’s Included in the Maintenance Plan

• Clean or replace standard air filters

• Inspect indoor cooling coil (clean at a reduced rate if necessary)

• Inspect primary and secondary drain lines

• Clean and test condensate drain

• Inspect blower components; clean and/or adjust as needed

• Inspect condenser coil; clean as necessary

• Lubricate all moving parts

• Inspect and tighten electrical connections

• Monitor operating pressures to ensure proper refrigerant charge

• Check voltage and amperage draw on all motors

• Test air conditioning and heating cycles

• Inspect heat exchanger and burners

• Adjust gas pressure as necessary

• Inspect and adjust pilot operation

• Monitor flue draft for safe operation

• Inspect and test all safety controls

• Adjust airflow for proper temperature rise
